Karen Graham
Karen Graham is an accomplished healthcare operations executive with more than 30 years of experience leading large-scale organizations, driving organic expansion, and executing complex integrations. As President and Chief Operating Officer of Specialty1 Partners, one of the nation’s fastest-growing multi-specialty dental partnership organizations, she oversees all operational functions with a focus on scalability, performance, and delivering exceptional results.
Previously, Karen served as President of CityMD Urgent Care Centers and Chief Integration Officer of VillageMD, where she led the integration of Summit Health and CityMD following their $8.9 billion acquisition—recognized as Warburg Pincus’ Deal of the Year. She also spent more than a decade as Chief Operating Officer of Summit Medical Group and Summit Health, overseeing significant organic growth, operational modernization, and the integration of multiple acquisitions, ultimately supporting more than 2,500 providers and 12,000 employees across 340 locations.
Earlier in her career, Karen served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Cooper University Hospital, where she advanced healthcare IT and operational systems to support clinical excellence. A veteran of the United States Navy, she holds a BBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and a master’s degree in Organizational Dynamics and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
